I've got this idea.....it's a big idea....one that percolated in my mind for weeks. And when I finally got the last "BING!!!!!", a little chill went up my spine. It's the kind of idea I live for. The possibility of something great.

It's sort of a way to showcase a cd in a new way that's never been done before. Totally unique. At first I thought it was just a cool idea to be done at some unknown date in the future, but when I mentioned it to my manager and a couple of the amazing people who have been helping us get the "No Apologies" cd ready to put into the world, they flipped out.

The thing is, it's an exciting idea. So exciting that we've collectively refined it into something that can be done now. And that's what we're going to do. It does require us to hold off on releasing my cd until we can get a couple more pieces in place however.

So if you're reading this hoping the album would finally be available, I ask you to hang in there with me. Believe me, I want my baby in the world. But this will be worth it. And if you have no idea what I'm talking about, that's great too!

It's just one of those things that totally opened my mind about not only my music, but me as an artist and a human being. As much as I've awakened in so many ways over the past couple years, I didn't realize how many limitations I still had on myself.

I'll be documenting my journey here in the coming weeks with videos, photos, etc. I hope you'll come along with me. This is going to be fun!

Jack "Leathertongue" Purcell, RIP
Our relationship was short by most standards, a mere 9 months, but it was intense. We saw a lot together. These shoes walked me all over the United States and Europe. I finally wore through the soles. They weren't the same after the rains in New York. I felt sad saying good bye, but I had to let them go.
